Le chéri hier m'a parlé de sa pizza au pesto et œuf qu'il a mangé le midi.
Du coup ce midi, j'ai fait ma version sans gluten. Avec donc base sauce tomate, un petit champignon, un pesto maison (basilic, pignons de pins et noix de cajou, huile d'olive, sel et ail.), des tomates séchées et un œuf sur le plat. Le tout sur une pâte maison à la farine d'avoine et huile d'olive.

Et ben c'était turbo délicieux !
Envie de recommencer tous les jours tellement je me suis régalée

This one was the first one @retrosponge and I tried from my collection of saved recipe reels: tortellini and spinach bake with cheese.

I figured it was the easiest to start with. Basically, everything just goes into the casserole dish, gets baked, cheese gets added on top, and baked a little more. And it tasted amazing. What we had made 4 servings, so we got 2 meals out of it too.

Been saving a lot of FB reels lately with recipes I want to try 😋 and then slowly been collecting the ingredients (much of it through food rescue/donation and food bank) to make a couple of them to start (this is the second one we've made).

Finally had everything to make a ground beef teriyaki on rice (inspired by a beef spring roll bowl recipe reel I saved) and found the energy to cook it (that and the beef expired tomorrow lol). Stressful but tasted amazing 😄
